Sacred Games and Trial By Fire actor Rajshri Deshpande took to social media on Wednesday to reveal that she had been suffering with breast cancer.

She put up a photo of herself along with the caption, “As you’re reading this it means I’ve finally found the courage to tell my parents that I have been diagnosed by Infiltrating ductal carcinoma (NOS) a grade 1 Breast cancer. Now it’s time you all know.”

Rajshri added that she spotted the anomaly early during a routine checkup. “Tons of tests and surgery felt like a rollercoaster ride, but trust me it was everyone’s love and warmth that carried me through,” she wrote. She also said that what really made her happy was her parent’s faces after she came out of the surgery. “With everyone’s support I feel am ready to take on the world. Now, I’m recovering beautifully and soon heading home from the hospital,” she added.

Rajshri was last seen in the Prime Video series Rangeen (2025) and Black Warrant (2025). Apart from acting Rajshri also runs an NGO called Nabhangan Foundation which focuses on water conversation, eco-friendly education and self-reliance.
