‘Aashiqon Ki Colony’, a dance-number featuring Shahid Kapoor and Disha Patani, from O’Romeo is out. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the film has been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

Sung by Madhubanti Bagchi and Javed Ali, the song brings together the iconic duo of poet-lyricist Gulzar and composer Vishal Bhardwaj.

The music video is a dance number with Disha playing the role of a seductive courtesan and Shahid matching steps with her. Gulzar’s lyrics, however, add beautiful poetry to an otherwise regular “item” number.

Previously, a romantic track ‘Hum to tere hi liye the’, in the voice of Arijit Singh, was also shared by the makers.

O’Romeo is a gangster-actioner, set on a story in the anthology Mafia Queens of Mumbai by Hussain Zaidi and Jane Borges.

The film boasts of an ensemble cast that includes Triptii Dimri, Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwary, Tamannaah Bhatia, Farida Jalal, Disha Patani, with Vikrant Massey in a special appearance.

The movie is slated for a theatrical release on February 13 during Valentine's week.
