A few days ago, we had reported about legendary screenwriter and Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan being hospitalised in Mumbai. At a recent event, Aamir Khan shared an update on Salim Khan’s health. Aamir had visited the veteran writer a few days ago, accompanied by his partner Gauri Spratt.

Addressing the media, Aamir said, “I had gone to meet Salim saab. We are all praying that ge fully recovers very soon. Since he was in ICU, I couldn’t personally meet him. But I sat with the family.”

Also recalling a conversation with Salim Khan’s daughter Alvira, Aamir added, “From whatever Alvira has been telling me, Salim saab’s health has been improving with each day. We are all praying that he returns home soon, all hale and hearty.” 

It is to be noted that Salim Khan’s family has categorically refused to make any public statements about his health. Reportedly, Salman Khan was upset after the doctors at Lilavati Hospital shared the details of his father’s health condition and the medical procedure performed, after he was admitted.
