Director Aditya Dhar took to social media to celebrate the Raksha Bandhan festival in his own, special way. The director who made his debut with Uri: The Surgical Strike (2018), got wider recognition with Dhurandhar (2025) and its sequel, Dhurandhar: The Revenge.

Taking to his Instagram stories, Aditya shared a still from Dhurandhar: The Revenge, which featured Ranveer Singh as the murder accused ex-army trainee Jaskirat Singh Rangi, and Pari Pandhar who plays Jaskirat's younger sister Jasleen. In the film, Jaskirat unleashes mayhem on a group of gangsters, who have kidnapped Jasleen.

The Dhurandhar films follows the journey of Jaskirat Singh Rangi, a spy for the Indian government in his efforts to bring down the Pakistani underworld and its terrorism links.

The cast of the films includes Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun, among others.

Aditya Dhar has also produced the films along with Lokesh Dhar under their B62 Studios banner, along with Jyoti Deshpande who has backed the film under the Jio Studios banner.
