After Hrithik Roshan made a cryptic comment over an Instagram post that claimed, “We owe Hrithik Roshan an apology”, actor and MP Kangana Ranaut has hit back stating that the former should “stop adding fuel to the fire,” and “embarrassing your partner.”
This comes at a time when Kangana has been in the news for her comments against Gen Z and Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) spokesperson Saurav Das stating that she attacks him because he “looks like a younger Hrithik Roshan.”
On Saturday, Hrithik had commented on an Instagram influencer’s post which stated: “The world owes an apology to Hrithik Roshan.” The actor had written, “My friend, siding with ‘A’ just because you don’t like ‘B’ anymore is a small part of the larger systemic issue plaguing our society. I’ll wait, for when the context to it is the right one, and motivated by facts. That would be fair. But then again, who cares anymore right?”
By the evening, Kangana had taken to her Instagram stories to retort. Taking the actor’s name, she wrote, “Dear Hrithik, I am happy that you have found your perfect match. Saba Azad and you both look great together. You are in a committed relationship and it doesn’t suit you to tease a woman like this,” she wrote. “Instead, you should condemn all those who are harassing and bullying me using your name. Stop adding fuel to fire and embarrassing your partner. Hope better sense prevails and you stop making unreasonable comments (thumbs up emoji),” she added.
The feud between Kangana and Hrithik started in 2016, when the former called the latter her “silly ex” during a media interaction. Refuting any such claims, Hrithik tweeted that the chances of him having an affair with the Pope were higher. The actor even sent Kangana a notice demanding an apology. The actor responded with a counter notice accusing Hrithik of harassment.
As part of the legal feud, it was reported that Hrithik produced various evidence, including his passport and electronic devices. However, Kangana allegedly did not submit her laptop and iPad, claiming that they had suffered water damage.
The investigators finally submitted a Nil report due to a lack of evidence back in 2021.
