Sunny Kaushal and Tanya Maniktala have come together to star in a new romantic music video, titled, ‘Jaana Nahi’. It was unveiled on Tuesday. The song features vocals by Faheem Abdullah, who recently shot to fame singing the title track from Saiyaara. It is composed by Bunny with lyrics by Sagar.

The music video opens with Sunny waking up from sleep and not finding Tanya on bed beside him. He goes in search of her and finds her sitting in the hall, looking at the sea. The two then are seen spending quality time together as Sunny proposes to her with a ring. She says yes and they go for an outing by the countryside on a bike. It is then revealed that Tanya is diagnosed with a fatal disease and begins to distance herself away from him. The song captures the beauty and pain in love with Faheem’s voice adding a layer of intensity.

The music video has been directed by Jayprad Desai, who made Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba which also starred Sunny. It has been shot by Harendra Singh.

Speaking about working in it, Tanya said, “Working on this music video has been a wonderful experience. It’s my first time teaming up with Sunny Kaushal, who brings so much ease and talent to the screen, and of course with Jayprad Desai, whose vision ties it all together beautifully. I had already admired the work Jayprad sir and Sunny created in Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba, so being part of this collaboration was even more special. The song captures a heartfelt story, and shooting against the stunning backdrops of Maharashtra and Goa made it all the more magical.”

Tanya was last seen in the web-series, Loot Kaand. She is known for acting in the action-thriller, Kill, which came out last year. Meanwhile, Sunny will be seen next in a quirky detective comedy which also stars Nimrat Kaur and Medha Shankr.
