PVR INOX announces Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival

PVR INOX is coming up with a Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival. Come October 31, the theatre giant is going to screen iconic SRK films like Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa (1994), Dil Se.. (1998), Devdas (2002), Main Hoon Na (2004), Om Shanti Om (2007), Chennai Express (2013) and Jawan (2023), among others.

PVR Cinemas took to social media on Friday to make the announcement. They shared a picture with a silhouette of Shah Rukh’s signature wide-arm pose and the posters of his films at the bottom. “Decades of charm. Endless emotions. One legend. Celebrate the films that defined generations — the Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival starts Oct 31!  Stay tuned for more details,” they captioned the post.

Earlier this year in March, PVR INOX had also organised an Aamir Khan film festival in celebration of the actor’s birthday on March 14. SRK celebrates his birthday on November 2.

The film which catapulted Shah Rukh to national fame Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, will also be celebrating its 30th anniversary this year on October 20.

On the work front, Shah Rukh is gearing up for his upcoming actioner King.
