A motion poster from Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan’s upcoming romantic-comedy, De De Pyaar De 2 was unveiled by the makers on Saturday. Directed by Anshul Sharma and written by Tarun Jain and Luv Ranjan, the film also stars Rakul Preet Singh, Javed Jaffrey and Meezaan Jafri in pivotal roles.

The motion poster gives a glimpse into the humorous world of the film where all the actors are sitting in a car as it skids forward and Ajay is seen spiraling out of it. Sharing the motion poster, the makers wrote, “Pyaar ka sequel hai crucial! Kya Ashish ko milega Ayesha ke parents ka approval? (The sequel of love is crucial. Will Ashish get the approval of Ayesha’s parents?)”

As per an earlier report, while De De Pyaar De had Tabu playing Ajay’s ex-wife and Rakul was in the role of his young lover, the sequel will introduce Madhavan as Rakul’s father, promising an engaging battle of wits between him and Ajay’s character, Ashish.

Released in 2019, De De Pyaar De was directed by Akiv Ali and also starred Jimmy Shergill and Alok Nath in pivotal roles.

De De Pyaar De 2 is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg. It is set to be released in theatres on November 14.

Ajay was seen earlier this year in Raid 2 and Son of Sardaar 2. Meanwhile, Madhavan was last seen in the romantic-drama, Aap Jaisa Koi and the Tamil film, Test. The two collaborated last year for the supernatural horror film, Shaitaan.
