The official trailer for the Radhika Apte headlined film, Saali Mohabbat, has been released by the makers. The film is set to premiere on ZEE5 on December 12.

Saali Mohabbat is the directorial debut of actor Tisca Chopra, who is known for her role in Taare Zameen Par (2007). The film had its world premiere at the 55th International Film Festival of India, Goa, in 2024. Jyoti Deshpande, Manish Malhotra, and Dinesh Malhotra. Jio Studios and Stage 5 are the banners backing the film.

Radhika Apte essays the role of Smita, a woman residing in Fursatgarh, whose fate is changed after a double murder, where her husband and cousin are the victims. The cop investigating the case, Ratan (Divyenndu), suspects Smita to be the perpetrator of the murders. As the investigation continues, dark secrets unveil.

Speaking about the film, Radhika said, "Playing Smita meant sitting with emotions that aren’t always easy to define, and that challenge was incredibly rewarding. Tisca’s guidance helped me find that fragile balance between quiet vulnerability and hidden strength. Smita may appear reserved, but she shouldn’t be provoked—never underestimate the power of a quiet woman."

Divyenndu added, "Working on Saali Mohabbat meant stepping into that discomfort and trusting the truth of the story. Tisca creates an atmosphere where silences speak louder than words, and the trailer reflects that beautifully."
