Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta starrer Vadh 2, the spiritual sequel to their 2022 film Vadh, will have its premiere at the upcoming 56th edition of the Indian Film Festival of India (IFFI).

Written and directed by Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vadh 2 has been produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg.

Interestingly, Vadh was screened at IFFI Goa in 2023, where the makers officially announced the sequel. Now, with Vadh 2 premiering at IFFI Goa this year, the journey comes full circle, marking a return to where the next chapter first began.

Sharing their excitement, both Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta took to their social media handles to post a heartfelt video expressing gratitude and anticipation.

“I am very happy. Vadh 2’s Gala premiere will happen at 56th IFFi. Thank you everyone for the love,” Mishra shared a video along with the caption.

“Honoured and excited as Vadh 2 makes it to the Gala Premiere at 56th IFFI Goa. A big thank you to everyone who believed in our film,” posted Gupta along with a video thanking the audience.

Vadh 2 is slated to release in theatres on February 6, 2026.
