Shah Rukh Khan made a much-talked about cameo in Aryan Khan’s debut web-series, The Ba***ds of Bollywood recently apart from also backing the show. During a live session on X, the superstar answered if he will work with his son on a film in future.
A user on X asked Shah Rukh, “Can we see your son Directing you in a full fledge movie?” In his trademark wit, Shah Rukh replied, “If he can afford me!!! And my tantrums.”
He was also asked by another user of the character he related the most with from The Ba***ds of Bollywood. Shah Rukh said, “Ghante ka Badshah obviously!”, referring to a line in the show said by the character of Manoj Pahwa, mentioning singer-rapper Badshah.
The superstar will be turning 60 on November 2. To mark his birthday, PVR Inox has organised a Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival to screen iconic SRK films like Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa (1994), Dil Se.. (1998), Devdas (2002), Main Hoon Na (2004), Om Shanti Om (2007), Chennai Express (2013) and Jawan (2023), among others.
The film which catapulted Shah Rukh to national fame Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, also celebrated its 30th anniversary this year on October 20.
On the work front, Shah Rukh is gearing up for his upcoming actioner King, which is being directed by Siddharth Anand and also stars Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan and Raghav Juyal in pivotal roles.
