Yash and Mad Max stunt director Guy Norris shoot action sequences for Ramayana

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the two-part film series also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi

Yash has joined hands with Hollywood stunt director Guy Norris, known for Mad Max: Fury Road and The Suicide Squad, to shoot action sequences for the much-awaited mythological-drama Ramayana. Yash essays the role of Ravana in the film. As per a press release, Guy is currently in India choreographing "elaborate, high-octane action sequences" tailored for the scale of Ramayana. Yash is actively collaborating with the team to shape the visual spectacle. He is slated to shoot for 60–70 days for Ramayana Part 1.

The makers shared photos of Yash from the set. In the photos, Yash is seen discussing with Guy as there is a massive blue screen in the background.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the two-part film series also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi. It is produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations. The first part is set to be released on Diwali 2026, followed by the second part in Diwali 2027.
