Aamir Khan returns with a sweet, fuzzy joyride. The trailer of Sitaare Zameen Par was unveiled by the makers on Tuesday. A spiritual-sequel to Aamir’s 2007 film Taare Zameen Par, the comedy-drama has been directed by R.S. Prasanna and written by Laapataa Ladies additional dialogue writer Divynidhi Sharma.

The trailer introduces Aamir as a mercurial basketball coach Gulshan. After slapping his senior during an argument, he is assigned by a court to coach a team of intellectually disabled kids. Fun froths as Gulshan learns a thing or two from the innocence and sass of these kids.

In an earlier interview, Aamir had given details about his character. “He is very rude, politically incorrect and he insults everybody. He fights with his wife, mother. He is a basketball coach and he beats up his senior coach. He is a person with a lot of internal problems.”

The film also features Genelia D’Souza and ten debutant actors who play the kids, namely Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar.

Sitaare Zameen Par is slated to release on June 20.
