Manoj Bajpayee, Jaideep Ahlawat and Nawazuddin Siddiqui posed together for a photo, doing a Gangs of Wasseypur reunion. The three starred in Anurag Kashyap’s two-part crime saga, which released in 2012.

Jaideep shared the photo on his Instagram stories and captioned it as, “Baap ka, dada ka sabka,” referencing the popular dialogue said by Nawazuddin’s character in the film. The three seem to be present in an office as there are frames visible on the walls behind.

Jaideep's story

Fans online were quick to spark speculations about the third part in the franchise. However, there hasn’t been any confirmation by the makers on it.

Gangs of Wasseypur told the story of two crime families in Jharkhand’s Wasseypur whose bloody clash spreads across generations. Jaideep played the role of Shahid Khan, the father of Sardar Khan, played by Manoj. While Nawazuddin essayed the role of Faizal Khan, who is the son of Sardar. The film was noted for its raw portrayal of violence and a story spanning multiple decades. It also sprawled the careers of Jaideep, Nawazuddin and Manoj.

On the work front, Manoj will be seen next in the third season of Family Man. Jaideep was last seen in Paatal Lok Season 2 while Nawazuddin has the thriller Section 108 in pipeline.
