Shah Rukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit invoked nostalgia as they grooved together on the iconic songs from their 1998 film Dil To Pagal Hai at the IIFA Awards 2025 which took place in Jaipur on Sunday. Shah Rukh also danced to some of his older songs from the 1990s and 2000s during the award ceremony.

Before his grand entry for the performance, there was a drone show which lit up his picture in sky in his signature pose. He made the entry with the tune of Badshah playing in the background. He went on to perform on ‘Tujhe Dekha To Ye Jaana’ from Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge and ‘Arey Re Arey’ from Dil To Pagal Hai.

Stage was set for some songs from the film, as he danced on ‘Chak Dhoom Dhoom’ and was joined by Madhuri as they re-created the iconic steps from it. Videos from the performance quickly went viral on the internet.

Moving on to his songs from the 2000s, Shah Rukh evoked charm with ‘Main Hoon Don’, ‘Say Shaava’ from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and ‘Dard-E-DiscoOm Shanti Om. Taking it up from there, the superstar performed on his recent dance number, 'Zinda Banda’ from Jawan and ‘Lungi Dance’ from Chennai Express.

He ended the act with ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’, from Dil Se, as danced on a prop train, recreating the iconic moment from the song. The award ceremony also saw performances from Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon.

On the work front, Shah Rukh will be seen next in King, which is reportedly being helmed by Pathaan director Siddharth Anand.
