Divya Khossla’s romantic-drama Yaariyan will be re-released in theatres on March 21, the makers announced on Saturday. Starring Himansh Kohli, Rakul Preet Singh, Gulshan Grover, Nicole Faria, and Evelyn Sharma, the film released originally on January 10, 2024.  

Sharing the film’s poster, the makers wrote, “Celebrate friendship, love, and nostalgia in theaters once again. Yaariyan re-releasing in cinemas near you on 21st March '25!”

The film told the story of five friends studying at a college in Sikkim strive to win in a competition so as to stop property developers from demolishing their college campus.

It featured songs like ‘Sunny Sunny’ and ‘Allah Waariyan’ that went on to become popular after its release. The music was composed by Pritam, Mithoon, Yo Yo Honey Singh and Arko Pravo Mukherjee with lyrics by Irshad Kamil.

Yaariyan is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar.
