Actor and producer Sohum Shah announced on Thursday that his latest film Crazxy, which released in theatres last week, will now be shown with a changed climax with “a little surprise thrown in too.”

The film tells the story of a surgeon who is on a quest to save his kidnapped daughter in the course of a single day. It is written and directed by Girish Kohli known for writing films like Sridevi’s Mom (2017) and Rajkummar Rao’s HIT: The First Case (2022).

Sohum took to Instagram on Thursday to share a note which read, “Many of you shared that you wanted more from the climax. We hear you. To make your cinematic experience better, more immersive, thrilling and insightful, we’ve tweaked the climax a little bit with a little surprise thrown in too.”

This is the first time a climax of the film has been changed by giving in to audience feedback. Crazxy has had a lukewarm run at the box office. It’s six-day collection, as per Sacnilk.com, stands at Rs 6 crore. The film is produced by Sohum, Mukesh Shah, Amita Shah, and Adesh Prasad.
