Shilpa Shetty took to Instagram to wish her KD: The Devil co-star Sanjay Dutt on his birthday, earlier today. In the post, Shilpa described Sanjay as "an incredible talent and an even more amazing person." She praised the "energy and passion" that Sanjay brings to his film roles, and said that his brilliance in front and behind the camera inspires her. "What truly sets you apart is your kind heart and generosity of spirit that I have witnessed," Shilpa added.

Shilpa Shetty and Sanjay Dutt are set to reunite after a long time with the Kannada film KD: The Devil, starring Dhruva Sarja in the lead role. The film also features actors Reeshma Nanaiah and Nora Fatehi. It brings Shilpa back to Kannada cinema after 2005's Auto Shankar and Sanjay after his iconic role as Adheera in 2022's KGF: Chapter 2. The film also brings Shilpa and Sanjay back together after their collaboration on 2005's Dus. They have also worked together on 2001's Jung and the subsequent year's Hathyar, a sequel to Sanjay's 1999 film Vaastav.

KD: The Devil is slated for a September 04 release. Beyond the film, Sanjay has The Raja Saab with Prabhas, Dhurandhar with Ranveer Singh, and Baap with Sunny Deol and Jackie Shroff.
