Sunny Kaushal has wrapped shooting for his upcoming quirky detective comedy, he took to Instagram on Tuesday to announce. As per reports, the film also stars Nimrat Kaur and Medha Shankr (12th Fail) in pivotal roles. The film’s shoot was underway in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Sunny and his co-star Ashish Verma took to Instagram to share a photo after the shoot wrap. They wrote in caption, “It’s a wrap detective! Stay tuned for us. Love, Shantaram & Johnny.” It seems that the actor will essay the role of a character named Shantaram in the film.

More details about the plot, title and other cast have been kept under wraps.

Sunny was last seen in Phir Hasseen Dillruba which released on Netflix last year. He played a grey character in the pulpy thriller which also starred Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey. The actor is known for starring in films like Hurdang (2022), Mili (2022) and Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga (2023) among others.
