Jr NTR, Imtiaz Ali, Pooja Bhatt, Chiranjeevi Konidela and others from the film industry have reacted to the attack on Saif Ali Khan at his residence on Thursday. The actor sustained injuries after he was attacked with a knife during a robbery attempt from an intruder. He is currently being treated at the Lilavati hospital in Mumbai.

Taking to X, Jr NTR wrote, “Shocked and saddened to hear about the attack on Saif sir. Wishing and praying for his speedy recovery and good health.”

Chiranjeevi wrote on X, "Deeply Disturbed by news of the attack by an intruder on Saif Ali Khan. Wishing and praying for his speedy recovery."

Pooja tagged officials and wrote, “Can this lawlessness please be curbed. We need more Police presence in Bandra. The city & especially the queen of the suburbs, have never felt so unsafe before.”

Imtiaz Ali spoke about the incident to News18 and said, “It is shocking to hear about the incident with Saif. At this point, the first things that are coming to my mind are that his injuries are not severe and that he’s going to recover soon."

Casting director Mukesh Chhabra took to X and wrote, “What is happening in Mumbai, guys? I don’t understand. A robber broke into a house and stabbed. Shocking”

Meanwhile, Saif’s team said in an official statement that the actor is out of danger. “All family members are safe and the police is investigating the incident. We would like to thank Dr. Niraj Uttamani, Dr. Nitin Dange, Dr Leena Jain and the team at Lilavati hospital. Thank you to all his fans and well-wishers for their prayers and thoughts during this time,” read the statement.
