Harman Baweja’s production company Baweja Studios is set to collaborate with producer Siddharth Jain’s House of Talkies for a three-project deal. The collaboration aims to bring eye-opening narratives with innovative storytelling, marking a new chapter for both companies.

Harman recently produced the Sanya Malhotra starrer Mrs., which was released on ZEE5, while Siddharth backed the 2023 Netflix series Trial By Fire, which received critical acclaim.

Talking about the collaboration, Harman said, “This three-film deal with House of Talkies is an exciting opportunity to merge our creative strengths and build stories that challenge, inspire, and entertain. Sidharth’s sharp storytelling sensibilities, combined with our shared passion for content with substance, make this partnership a perfect fit. I’m hoping that together, we will create films that leave a lasting impact on audiences.”

Siddharth added, “Harman has a rare ability to balance thought-provoking narratives with commercial appeal, and that’s precisely the kind of synergy we need in today’s evolving content landscape. With this three-project deal, we aim to develop stories that are bold, immersive, and emotionally compelling. At House of Talkies, we strive to break conventions and create cinema that engages and challenges audiences, as we did with Trial By Fire.”

More details about the projects are yet to be revealed. Meanwhile, Baweja Studios’ upcoming slate includes the Vikas Bahl directorial Dil Ka Darwaza Kholna Darling featuring an ensemble cast including Jaya Bachchan, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Wamiqa Gabbi.

House of Talkies is a part of Sidharth’s The Story Ink, which is a book-to-screen adaptation company and represents more than 500 stories, 200 authors, and 100 screenwriters.
