Himesh Reshammiya’s Badass Ravi Kumar makes Rs 4.75 crore in two days

With such mediocre numbers, the film has still managed to surpass collections of Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor’s romantic-comedy Loveyapa

Himesh Reshammiya’s retro action-musical Badass Ravi Kumar is off to a lukewarm start. The film has earned Rs 4.75 crore in two days of its release, as per Sacnilk. com. The Keith Gomes directorial opened with Rs 2.75 crore on Friday but the collection dropped to Rs 2 crore on Saturday.

Overseas, the film’s total gross collection stands at approximately Rs 5.90 crore.

On Saturday the film’s overall occupancy was 13.04 per cent, with maximum footfalls for night shows. With just 10 shows, Chennai had an occupancy of 40.50 per cent, followed by Jaipur, which had an occupancy of 32 per cent with 87 shows. Pune and Bengaluru had better occupancy as compared to Mumbai and Delhi NCR. In Pune, the occupancy was 15 per cent with 110 shows, while in Mumbai, the occupancy was 14.67 per cent with 324 shows. Bengaluru saw an occupancy of 14.33 per cent with 105 shows, while the occupancy in Delhi NCR was 14 per cent with 452 shows. Overall, the film had 1792 shows running all over India.

With such mediocre numbers, Badass Ravi Kumar has still managed to surpass collections of Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor’s romantic-comedy Loveyapa. The film opened with Rs 1.15 crore and the number rose to Rs 1.50 crore on Saturday. Its total collection stands at Rs 2.65 crore.
