The teaser for Sohum Shah’s upcoming film Crazxy was unveiled by the makers on Thursday. It is written and directed by Girish Kohli, known for writing films like Sridevi’s Mom (2017) and Rajkummar Rao’s HIT: The First Case (2022).

The teaser gives a brief glance into the world of the film, where Sohum plays Abhimanyu, who is seemingly stuck in a deserted area with a bag full of money and a punctured car. He gets a phone call from someone who tells him that he won’t be able to escape the labyrinth in which he is stuck in by using his mind. Later, a remastered version of Kishore Kumar’s song ‘Abhimanyu Chakravyuh Mein Phans Gaya Hai Tu’ from the film Inquilaab plays over.

As per the makers, “The film tells the gripping story of a father’s redemption on the worst day of his life, blending edge-of-the-seat thrills with deep emotional stakes. It blends the heart and soul of classic Bollywood with sleek, international flair.”

The film features music composed by Vishal Bhardwaj and lyrics by Gulzar. Produced by Sohum, Mukesh Shah, Amita Shah, and Adesh Prasad, with Ankit Jain as co-producer, Crazxy will be released in theatres on February 28.
