Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar is going strong at the box office even a month since its release. The Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna starrer has made Rs 713 crore India net, as per rough estimates by Sacnilk. com. It’s worldwide collection after 26 days of release stands at Rs 1101 crore.

The spy-actioner is the only non-multilingual Indian film to enter Rs 1000-crore club (without China).

Dhurandhar has already surpassed the worldwide box office collections of films such as Siddharth Anand’s Pathaan (Rs 1,055 crore), Amar Kaushik’s Stree 2 (Rs 857 crore), Laxman Utekar’s Chhaava (Rs 807 crore) and Anil Sharma’s Gadar 2 (Rs 686 crore). It has also beaten the collections of Kalki 2898 AD (Rs 1042 crore) and Kantara: Chapter 1 (Rs 851.89 crore). Dhurandhar has now set its sights on the record held by Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, which earned Rs 1,160 crore worldwide.

The film is set to face competition in the coming weeks from Prabhas’s The Raja Saab and Vijay’s Jana Nayagan. Director Sriram Raghavan pushed his film Ikkis’s release to the New Year, to avoid competition with Dhurandhar in theatres. In contrast, the makers of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri chose not to alter their release plans. Hence, the Kartik Aaryan-Ananya Panday starrer is currently struggling at the box office, facing stiff competition from Dhurandhar as well as Avatar: Fire and Ash.

Dhurandhar also stars Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan and Sara Arjun.
