Director Aditya Dhar's Dhruandhar continues to have a strong and successful run in theatres. As per reports, the Ranveer Singh starrer has collected over 900 crore at the worldwide box office. Thus, it has become the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025. According to data by Sacnik, the film collected Rs 16.5 crore on Monday, taking its total net earnings to over Rs 570 crore in India. Dhurandhar is also outdoing Avatar: Fire and Ash in domestic collections even though it is in its third week.

The third part in the Avatar franchise has been doing well globally, but its recent daily collections are lower than the Hindi espionage thriller. The Hindi film has collected more than 8 crore so far on Tuesday, the nineteenth day of its theatrical run, according to Sacnilk data. Its collection in India has been bigger as compared to James Cameron's Avatar: Fire and Ash.

Dhurandhar centres on a spy from India who goes to Pakistan on a mission to infiltrate its network of gangsters and terrorists so as to destroy it and stop their acts of terrorism against India. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun, and Arjun Rampal, among others.
