Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bhansali Productions took to Instagram on Saturday to wish Ranbir Kapoor on his birthday. The actor will be seen next in Bhansali’s Love & War, which also stars Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. Ranbir made his Hindi film debut with Saawariya in 2007 which was helmed by Bhansali.

The production house shared a video featuring Ranbir’s still from Saawariya in the title song of the film. Ranbir is seen dancing in the video. In the caption, they wrote, “From the Saawariya of our hearts to a shining star! Wishing Ranbir Kapoor a very happy birthday.”

Love & War was announced earlier this year in January and is said to be an epic love saga. It was earlier scheduled to release on Christmas 2025 but it got a new release date recently. The film will be releasing now on March 20, 2026.

Ranbir is also shooting currently for Nitesh Tiwari’s adaptation of the mythological epic of Ramayana. Details from the project have been kept under wraps.
