Actor Yuvraj Vijan, who recently made his acting debut with Vasan Bala’s Jigra, opened up about his working experience on the film and said that the director created a favourable environment on set. Yuvraj played the role of Tony Bhatia in the thriller, who is in jail along with the character played by Vedang Raina.

Yuvraj shared his experience of working with Vasan and said, "He made it easy for me to give my best because he was patient. He knew it was my first project, and the environment he created on set—not just for me, but for every actor—was favourable."

He added, “The set is conducted according to the temperament of the director, and this set was honestly so nice. Vasan sir knew how to get around things. If there was something not working, he knew how to overcome the hiccups and still get what he needed out of the scene. That's an exceptional quality that I think comes only with experience, and I hope to inculcate it in my work and become a better actor."

Jigra, headlined by Alia Bhatt, released in theatres on November 12, clashing at the box office with Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri starrer Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. The jailbreak thriller had an underwhelming run at the box office and received mixed reviews upon release.
