The trailer of Tahir Raj Bhasin’s Yeh Kaali Kaali Aankhein Season 2 was unveiled by Netflix on Wednesday. Created and directed by Siddharth Sengupta and written by Umesh Padalkar, Sidharth, Varun Badola, the series also stars Shweta Tripathi, Saurabh Shukla, Varun, Gurmeet Choudhary, Aanchal Singh, Brijendra Kala, Arunoday Singh, Surya Sharma, Anant Joshi, Sunita Rajwar, Shashi Verma, Anjuman Saxena, and Hetal Gada in pivotal roles.

The trailer gives a glimpse into the cliffhanger of last season where Purva (Anchal) was kidnapped and her ransom amount became a 100-crore bounty. This time, Vikrant sets out to kill Purva and coming in the way is Gurmeet’s character, who vows to bring her back alive. The trailer is filled with some violent visuals, dark comedy, as well as some quirky dialogues. It seems to be turning darker and pulpier than the last season.

Speaking about the show earlier in a press release, director Siddarth said, “Season 1’s intense love triangle between Vikrant, Purva, and Shikha now evolves into an extraordinary love quad in Season 2. This time, we are diving even deeper into each character’s gray tones, amping up the wild twists and unexpected turns. The new cast adds even more excitement.”

Produced by Jyoti Sagar and Siddharth Sengupta, the show will be released on Netflix on November 22.
