Suneil Shetty’s daughter and actor Athiya Shetty is expecting her first child with cricketer KL Rahul. The celebrity couple announced their pregnancy on Friday. They will be welcoming their first child in 2025.

The couple took to Instagram on Friday to make the announcement. They shared a note which stated, “Our beautiful blessing is coming soon.” Athiya captioned the post with a white heart emoji.

Athiya and Rahul met through a mutual friend in January 2019. After dating for several years, they tied the knot in 2023. The wedding took place at Suniel’s farmhouse in Khandala in the presence of close family members and friends.

Athiya made her debut alongside Sooraj Pancholi in the 2015 film Hero. Her last film was Motichoor Chaknachoor, a family-comedy also starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
