Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh took to Instagram on Friday to reveal the name of their baby daughter. The couple shared a photo and announced that they have named their daughter, Dua. The two became parents on September 8, earlier this year.

In the photo shared by the two, Dua’s feet are seen as she seems to be in hold of Deepika, who is not seen. Both of them are wearing red clothes. In the caption, the two wrote the significance of the name and said, “Dua Padukone Singh | दुआ पादुकोण सिंह ‘Dua’: meaning a Prayer. Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude. Deepika & Ranveer.”

Deepika and Ranveer got married in 2018 in an intimate ceremony after dating for several years. They got together on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela (2013).
