Producer Vinod Bhanushali has signed a deal with writer-director Suparn S Varma to helm one upcoming film and creatively produce two additional films, it was announced on Wednesday. The announcement comes after the success of the Manoj Bajpayee-starrer Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai (2023) where Suparn served as the creative producer.

The shoot for film, which is being helmed by Suparn, is slated to begin shooting early next year. It is currently in its pre-production stage. Further details about the cast and crew will be announced soon.

Speaking about this, Vinod said in a press release, "We are delighted to have such a talented and visionary director to the Bhanushali Studios family again after Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai. Suparn’s impressive body of work and innovative approach to storytelling are perfectly aligned with our mission to produce compelling and diverse films. We are confident that this collaboration will result in extraordinary cinematic experiences for audiences worldwide."

Suparn expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, "I am excited to join forces with Bhanushali Studios Limited, a studio that is synonymous with excellence and creativity. Together, we aim to create films that resonate with audiences and leave a lasting impact just like Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai did."

Suparn has co-directed shows like The Family Man (2019-) and Rana Naidu (2023) in the past. He has directed films like Aatma (2013) Acid Factory (2009) and Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena (2005).
