‘He will soon be up’: Juhi Chawla on Shah Rukh Khan’s health after heat stroke

Juhi Chawla visited Shah Rukh Khan in the hospital on Wednesday and shared an update on his condition in a recent conversation with News18. She said that he is doing fine. The actor was hospitalized at KD Hospital in Ahmedabad after suffering a heatstroke. He is likely to be discharged today from the hospital.

Speaking about his health condition, Juhi said, “Shah Rukh was not feeling too well on Tuesday night but he is being attended to and was feeling much better this evening (Wednesday). God willing, he will soon be up, and in the stands on the weekend, cheering the team, as we play the finals."

Ahmedabad (Rural) Superintendent of Police Om Prakash Jat gave an update on Shah Rukh’s health. He said to PTI, “"Khan is still undergoing treatment at the hospital. It is possible that he may get discharged today."

The incident happened after he took part in the celebration when his team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) won Qualifier 1 against Sunrisers Hyderabad at the stadium in Ahmedabad on Tuesday. Along with his daughter Suhana Khan and son Abram Khan, Shah Rukh paraded the ground, greeting his fans and celebrating the victory. KKR will play the final in Chennai on Sunday.
