Producer Boney Kapoor confirmed in an interview with The Indian Express that No Entry 2 is happening with Diljit Dosanjh, Arjun Kapoor, and Varun Dhawan in the lead. It will be a sequel to the 2005 comedy film, which starred Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan. It will likely be released in 2025, which will mark 20 years since No Entry.

Earlier, there were reports of the sequel being made with Salman and Anil reprising their roles, but there was no confirmation. Boney Kapoor said in the interview that the film will go on floors this December and has remained tight-lipped about giving more details on the project as of now.

No Entry told the story of two married friends, Kishan and Sunny, whose lives are changed when their friend Prem sets them up with another girl, which leads to confusion and chaos.

Boney is currently gearing up for the release of his biographical sports drama film Maidaan, starring Ajay Devgn in the lead. He serves as the producer for the film, which is directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma. It will be released in theatres on April 10.
