The music video ‘Ittefaq’, featuring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Wamiqa Gabbi, was released by the makers on Wednesday. It is sung by Siddhant and Savera and Siddhant has also written the lyrics. This is his second single after ‘Dhoop’ which released during lockdown. The music video is shot by Arjun Varain Singh.

The video is set in a retro-style disco where Siddhant and Wamiqa dance to the tunes. It has a rap portion that is sung by Siddhant. The lyrics have a liberating theme and the music blends very well with the words to give an overall upbeat feel. Composed by OAFF & Savera, the song gives an old-school disco feeling with new age beats. It is choreographed by Sahil M Khan & Ankan Sen. It will be out on June 12.

Siddhant was last seen in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, alongside Ananya Panday and Adarsh Gourav. The film was also directed by Arjun and produced by Zoya Akhtar, Reema Kagti, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.

He will be seen next in Dharma Production’s Dhadak 2, which was announced recently and is an official remake of the 2018 Tamil film, Pariyerum Perumal. Meanwhile, Wamiqa was last seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s espionage-thriller Khufiya, which also starred Tabu and Ali Fazal. She is currently shooting for Varun Dhawan’s Baby John.
