Actors Varun Dhawan and Mrunal Thakur have wrapped the first schedule of their yet-to-be-titled comic caper, directed by David Dhawan. The project will reunite the director with his son Varun for the fourth time, after films like Main Tera Hero (2014), Judwaa 2 (2017) and Coolie No. 1 (2020).

As per sources, the next schedule is slated for November, allowing Varun to complete his upcoming film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. The sources also stated that Varun sustained a rib injury during filming.

The film also features Maniesh Paul, Sreeleela and Kubbra Sait.

Apart from this, Varun is also awaiting the release of Baby John, an actioner directed by Kalees.
