Ananya Panday gives a sneak peek from the dubbing of her upcoming series Call Me Bae

Ananya Panday took to her Instagram stories on Thursday to give a sneak peek into the dubbing sessions of her upcoming series, Call Me Bae. She shared a video from the dubbing room holding a coffee mug and wrote, “Dubbing for my fave girl BAE"

Written by Ishita Moitra, Samina Motlekar, and Rohit Nair and directed by Collin D’Cunha, the 8-part series features Ananya in the lead along with an ensemble cast comprising of Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur.

The show tells the story of Bae who is downsized from an heiress to hustler. She realizes that her most valuable assets aren’t her diamonds but her street smarts and style. Broke but refusing to be broken, she navigates the newsrooms of Mumbai, finding her better self.

Call Me Bae is a Dharmatic Entertainment production with Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra as Executive Producers. It will be released on Prime Video on September 6.
