Pavail Gulatie has officially wrapped up shooting for the cop action-drama Deva, in which he stars alongside Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde.

Deva features high-octane action sequences performed by both Shahid and Pavail. The film, set against the picturesque landscapes of Mumbai, promises to deliver thrilling scenes and intense drama.

Expressing his excitement about the project, Pavail shared, “Working on Deva has been an exhilarating experience. Playing a cop for the first time brought its own set of challenges, but it was also incredibly rewarding. Sharing the screen with Shahid Kapoor, who is such a versatile and talented actor, was truly inspiring. The action sequences were intense and required a lot of preparation, but they were also a lot of fun to shoot.”

Deva has been directed by acclaimed Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews. He is known for films like Udayananu Tharam, Evidam Swargamanu, Mumbai Police, Kayamkulam Kochunni (2018) and Salute (2022). The film is backed by Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films. It is scheduled to be released in theatres on October 11 this year.
