The teaser of Tanaav 2, starring Manav Vij, Rajat Kapoor and Arbaaz Khan, was released by the makers on Wednesday. Directed by Sudhir Mishra and E Niwas, the series also stars Satyadeep Mishra, Udit Arora, Arslan Goni, Amit Gaur, Kabir Bedi, Soni Razdan and Danishh Husain in pivotal roles.

The teaser gives a glimpse into the show as a suicide terror attack takes place near an army checkpoint involving a young boy. The series is set in Kashmir and follows a bunch of officers in Special Task Group (STF) battling against radicals in the state. A young man, Fareed Mir aka Al-Damishq, who is said to have come from Syria, seeks vengeance and forms a threat for security in Kashmir.

Sharing the teaser, the makers wrote, “What happens next and what is at stake for everyone involved? ‘Tanaav’ Season 2 is an action-packed web series encompassing stories of bravery, deception, greed, love, and revenge. Directed by the award-winning Sudhir Mishra and E. Niwas.”

The first season of the show aired on Sony LIV in November 2022. It is an Indian remake of the Israeli TV series Fauda. Tanaav 2 is produced by Applause Entertainment and will be out on the streaming platform soon.
