Producer Aanand L Rai’s Nakhrewaalii will be released on Valentine’s Day next year, the makers announced on Monday. The film marks the debut of Ansh Duggal and Pragati Srivastava who will essay the lead roles in the film, which is written by Divy Nidhi Sharma and directed by Rahul Shanklya.

The makers took to Instagram to share a first-look poster of the film that features Ansh and Pragati in a lip-locked posture as there are some people looking at the two from behind. In the caption, the makers wrote, “Pyaar ka naya nakhra leke aa rahe hain Valentine’s 2025 par (Bringing a new share of love on Valentine’s 2025) #JioStudios & #AanandLRai proudly present #Nakhrewaalii, featuring debutants @anshduggal and @awwwrat!”

In an earlier Instagram post, Aanand had written about the debut of Ansh and Pragati and said, “It might look like it’s Ansh and Pragati’s debut in the world of cinema but it’s actually my debut in believing in the dreams of others. It’s always important for one to have the quality of trusting people. So thank you, Pragati and Ansh for trusting in Color Yellow Productions (Aanand’s production house) in your definite beautiful journey in the movies.”

The film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aanand L Rai, and Himanshu Sharma.
