Internet Movie Database (IMDb) has unveiled its list of Top 10 Most Popular Indian Movies of 2024. The list is topped by the pan-Indian film Kalki 2898-AD, starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan among others and followed by Hindi cinema’s biggest blockbuster Stree 2. Vijay Sethupathi and Anurag Kashyap’s Tamil-language thriller Maharaja ranks third on the list, while Malayalam superhit Manjummel Boys is at sixth position. Laapataa Ladies, India’s official entry to the Oscars is also part of the list.

Deepika Padukone starred in three movies on the list: Fighter, Kalki 2898-AD, and Singham Again. She also ranked No. 2 in the recently-announced IMDb Most Popular Indian Stars of 2024 list.
