The trailer of Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf’s Mismatched Season 3 was unveiled by the makers on Monday. Written by Gazal Dhaliwal, Aarsh Vora, Sunayana Kumari, Nandini Gupta, Akshay Jhunjhunwala, the series also stars Ranvijay Singh, Vidya Malvade, Vihaan Samat, Devyani Shorey, Priya Banerjee, Taaruk Raina, Muskkaan Jaferi and Ahsaas Channa in pivotal roles.

The trailer gives a glimpse into the changed lives of Dimple (Prajakta) and Rishi (Rohit) and how the two stay connected with each other through a virtual reality platform created by Rishi called 'Betterverse'. There is a further exploration this time about the lives of other characters with a love story taking shape between Vinny (Ahsaas) and Anmol (Taaruk). It also seems explores the nuances of sexuality in young-adult love.

The series is adapted from Sandhya Menon’s 2017 novel ‘When Dimple Met Rishi’, and premiered on Netflix November 20, 2020. Its second season released on the platform on October 14, 2022.

Mismatched is produced by Ronnie Screwvala with Sanaya Irani Zohrabi, Sanjeevkumar Nair serving as executive producers. It is set to be released on Netflix on December 13.
