Welcome to the Jungle not being shelved, to begin international schedule from October

Earlier, there were reports doing the rounds on social media that the third segment of the multi-starrer Welcome franchise has been put on the back burner after multiple delays

The makers of Akshay Kumar, Suneil Shetty and Paresh Rawal starrer Welcome to the Jungle dismissed the rumours of the film being shelved, on Sunday. They also announced that they are ready to start the international marathon schedule for the film from October.

Earlier, there were reports doing the rounds on social media that the third segment of the multi-starrer Welcome franchise has been put on the back burner after multiple delays.

Refuting the rumours, the film’s director Ahmed Khan said in a statement, “There is no truth to these rumours. The film is on track, and we are kickstarting our next leg of the marathon schedule internationally from October for which my technical team has already left for the first recce.”

He also shared a picture of the cast and crew from the set.

Welcome to the Jungle also stars Disha Patani, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Paresh Rawal and Arshad Warsi, among others.
