Huma Qureshi begins shoot for her upcoming film Gulabi

Actor Huma Qureshi took to social media on Monday to share a photo from the first day of shoot from her film Gulabi. She plays the role of an auto rickshaw driver in the film which is directed by Vipul Mehta.

In the photo, Huma poses is holding the clap board of the film along with producer Vishal Rana and director Vipul. In the caption, she wrote, “Gulabi is here !!! Filming Now.” The film was announced on International Women’s Day last month on March 8. It is based on a true story about women who reclaim their lives.

Huma was last seen in the political thriller Maharani Season 3. The series premiered on Sony LIV on March 7. She will also be seen in Pooja Meri Jaan alongside Mrunal Thakur. 

Gulabi is presented by Jio Studios and Echelon Productions and produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Vishal Rana.
