Hrithik Roshan took to X (previously Twitter) on Sunday to praise Kunal Kemmu’s performance in the 2020 film Lootcase. The film was directed by Rajesh A Krishnan and starred Kunal, Rasika Duggal, Vijay Raaz, Ranvir Shorey and Gajraj Rao. It was released directly on Disney+ Hotstar in June 2020.

Writing about the film, Hrithik said, “I just saw Lootcase. Loved it!! Kunal Kemmu is such a brilliant actor. Been hearing rave reviews for his Madgaon Express as well. But Lootcase is just terrific.”

He also congratulated director Rajesh and wrote, “My belated congratulations to its director Rajesh Krishnan and all the actors and entire team! What a fun film!”

Lootcase told the story of Nandan, played by Kunal, who finds a bag full of money and takes it away, inviting the rage of a police officer, a ruthless gangster and a corrupt politician.

Kunal’s debut directorial, Madgaon Express is currently running in theatres and has managed to do a business of Rs 29.85 crore at the global box-office. The film stars Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, Avinash Tiwary, Chhaya Kadam and Upendra Limaye.
