Mumbai Diaries S2 gets release date

Filmmaker Nikhil Advani's (D-Day, Batla House) medical drama series Mumbai Diaries’ second season is set to premiere on October 6 on Prime Video, the makers announced while releasing the teaser of the series.

The show will see Konkona Sen Sharma, Mohit Raina, Tina Desai, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Satyajeet Dubey, Natasha Bharadwaj, Mrunmayee Deshpande and Prakash Belawadi reprise their roles.

The first part of the series depicted the story of doctors, nurses, paramedics, and hospital staff who saved lives during the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. A medical thriller set in the Emergency Room of a government hospital, the second season will explore the challenges thrown at the hospital staff while dealing with the crisis.

The eight part series is backed by Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani under Emmay Entertainment.
