Shilpa Shetty Kundra- starrer Sukhee will be streaming on Netflix from November 17 onwards. Directed by Sonal Joshi in her debut, the film was released in theatres on September 22.

Sukhee revolves around Shilpa Shetty's Sukhpreet' Sukhee' Kalra, a 38-year-old Punjabi housewife and her friends who go to Delhi to attend their school reunion after 20 years. In the process, Sukhee relives the 17-year-old version of herself whilst going through a plethora of experiences and emotions.

The film opened in theatres with a mixed reception. An excerpt from the CE review of the film read, " With layers like female friendships, a successful homemaker in Punjab, and a reunion that takes us to the past, Sukhee could have explored women's camaraderie and the importance of homemakers. However, it loses the plot and sacrifices the potential for exposition and checkbox scenes to showcase feminism." 

Apart from Shilpa, the film also stars Kusha Kapila, Dilnaz Irani, Pavleen Gujral, Chaitannya Choudhry and Amit Sadh.

The film is produced by the makers Sherni, Chhorii and Jalsa, T-Series and Abundantia Entertainment.
