Manoj Bajpayee's Joram teaser to be out on this date

Joram is all set to make its theatrical release on December 8

The much-anticipated teaser of the survival thriller drama film Joram, featuring actors Manoj Bajpayee and Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub in lead roles, is scheduled to be unveiled on November 18, announced the film’s makers.

Joram, which was previously screened at the Durban International Film Festival, won the Best Actor Award for Manoj Bajpayee and the Best Cinematography Award for Piyush Puty. It had also been selected for the Busan Film Festival in the 'A Window in Asian Cinema' category. The film also had its premiere in various other festivals, including Rotterdam, Sydney and the Edinburgh International Film Festival.

Directed by Devashish Makhija, Joram is a psychological thriller about a hunted, displaced man who is on the run to protect his daughter. The film also deals with issues such as social inequalities, injustice within the tribal communities and deforestation. 

Joram is produced by Zee Studios and Makhijafilm. Besides Manoj and Zeeshan, the film also features Rajshri Deshpande, Tannishtha Chatterjee and Smita Tambe in prominent roles. 

Joram is all set to make its theatrical release on December 8.
