Sunil Grover's  United Kacche to focus on immigrants' lives in the UK

Actors Sunil Grover and Satish Shah’s upcoming series United Kacche is set to be be a light-hearted comedy that will be against the backdrop of the UK.

The series will feature Sunil as Tejinder 'Tango' Gill hailing from Punjab, but having an aspiration to move to United Kingdom and have better living standards, a dream of his father and grandfather.Whiile he manages to get a tourist visa and takes off, trouble comes in form of visa expiration and it’s time he is considered an illegal immigrant.

Manav Shah, who directed the film, said, "In India, everyone has an aspiration to go and settle abroad and they would do anything for it. 'United Kacche' is a light-hearted funny show that takes you into the lives of people who would do anything to settle abroad and how people from different communities and countries unite to support each other."

Besides Sunil and Satish, the film also stars Sapna Pabbi, Nikhil Vijay, Manu Rishi Chaddha, Nayani Dixit and Neelu Kohli in pivotal roles.

Produced by Yoodlee Films, United Kacche will have its premiere on ZEE5 on March 31.
