Actor Kajol has taken a break from social media and removed her previously posted photos on Instagram as well, the actor announced on Friday. While she did not state the reason behind her decision, she posted a quote.

"Facing one of the toughest trials of my life," the image read. While the actor did not state the reason in her posts, several on social media sent her comforting messages.

On the work front, Kajol was last seen in Salaam Venky, directed by Revathy. She will also be seen in the upcoming anthology series Lust Stories 2. It will premiere on Netflix on June 29. She also has The Good Wife series for Disney+ Hotstar where she will be playing a lawyer.
