Raja Kumari thanks Shah Rukh Khan for giving her the opportunity to write and sing ‘King Khan Rap’

The recently released prevue of Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan features a song called King Khan Rap which was crooned by Grammy-nominated rapper Raja Kumari. The singer recently took to social media to thank the film’s music composer, Anirudh Ravichander and SRK for giving her the opportunity to work on the song.

“Thank you, Anirudh and Shah Rukh Khan, for calling me to write and perform the title track! Can’t wait for the world to hear it,” she wrote.

Raja Kumari is Indian-American Rapper, who has previously collaborated with artists such as Gwen Stefani, Iggy Azalea, Fifth Harmony and John Legend.

Apart from SRK, Jawan also features Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani and Ridhi Dogra, among others. It will also witness a special appearance by Deepika Padukone. The film, directed by Atlee, will release in theatres on September 7.
